A logo is a symbol or other design adopted by an organization to identify as a brand.
Brown Sparrow has three (3) primary logo services.
Standard Logo: With the standard logo package, clients receive three (3) logo concepts with unlimited revisions.
Logo Kit: With the logo kit, clients receive three (3) logo concepts with unlimited revisions, One business card concept, with 250 printed cards, either matte or glossy.

Yes!! We believe in giving our clients the best logo version; that why our logo concepts come with unlimited revisions. How it works is that we would create three (3) logo concepts. If one of the ideas is workable, then we keep working on it until your in love with it.
However, if there are no concepts you like in the first wave, we go back to the drawing board and create another set. We can to a reset for a total of nine(9) concepts. We believe within the (potential) nine (9) thoughts; there should be a workable idea for us to work off of.

Brown Sparrow will design & construct a website based on client needs, the content presented, and the client outline. The website should be designed and developed within 120 days. If the project needs more than 120 days client must inform Brown Sparrow, and we’ll adjust the timeline.
If the website exceeds more than 120 days, a development fee may be applied to the project. The development fee is 5% of the remaining balance on the website project.
The client has the right to pause their project during any time in the development cycle. An email must be sent to request the halting of the project. If the project is halted, then a development fee WILL NOT BE APPLIED.
However, the project will be suspended for a minimum of 30 days. The client can ONLY pause the project for a maximum of 45 days. If the project is halted for more than 45days, it will be acknowledged that the project is canceled/frozen. From that point, a reactivation fee will be required to resume the project.
Web hosting and domain hosting, though closely related, are two different services. Web hosts allow users to create and store content, like a website, on Internet servers. Domain hosts provide domain names, which help visitors access your web content.

When Brown Sparrow builds your website, Brown Sparrow is your web host. We provide a place on the Internet to display your content, in addition to tools for creating and managing that content. Every Brown Sparrow site is stored on our servers, similar to how physical stores rent space in a shopping mall.
A domain host provides a domain name, like www.yourdomain.com, that visitors can use to find you. A domain name is like a street address that directs people to your website's location.
Domain hosts store domain names and facilitate their registration. You can purchased a domain name from a registered third-party provider, like GoDaddy or Bluehost or through Brown Sparrow.
No, exporting your site to host on another server is not currently possible. Brown Sparrow websites require a very specific hosting setup to integrate our powerful features and SEO optimization. All sites currently created with Brown Sparrow must be hosted on our hosting platform.
No. Brown Sparrow websites are only compatible on our platform and cannot be used for other systems such as WordPress.
